For recordings which need to be viewed in more than one course it is possible to copy the recording to the Panopto Recordings folder of other courses.

1. Using your MWS username and password log into Panopto - https://liverpool.cloud.panopto.eu

2. Locate the folder of the recording you wish to copy

3. Hover over the recording and select the check box on the left hand side

4. You will now see the Copy option appear at the top, select this option

5. You will now be shown the following screen, either type in the course code (i.e. CHEM101) or drill down into the folder structure to locate the course you wish to copy the recording to and then select the Copy button

6. You will then see a Done message once the recording has copied over

7. The recording will now be available in the Panopto Recordings folder of the course and will be able to be accessed by all users (Staff and Students) enrolled onto the course
